Manuel Manotas has been working with wealthy families for nearly four decades. In 2000, he joined WE’s predecessor TBK Investments, Inc. Mr. Manotas currently works with wealthy families from all over the world, identifying their needs and helping them to get advice to meet those needs. From his many years of experience, he provides the support families need to build their wealth enterprise®s, enhancing their odds of multi-generational sustainability.
Prior to his role at WE Family Offices, Mr. Manotas worked as the president and CEO of Banco Ganadero/BBVA in Miami, Florida. Mr. Manotas began his career in international wealth management and banking at the international division of the CFC, an affiliate of Banco de Bogota, grupo Aval.
He completed his legal education in Bogota, Colombia in 1976. In addition, he completed a masters degree in banking law with the Universidad del Rosario in Bogota, Colombia in 1978.
