Richard Zimmerman Discusses Climate-Aligned Investing at the Wealth Management Institute

We are currently living in a world where family offices are able to incorporate a family’s values into their portfolio investment strategies. One of these values that can be incorporated into portfolios is the environment, specifically by investing in a sector or company that is climate-aligned. To help family offices in Asia learn more about climate-aligned investing, WE Family Offices Partner Richard Zimmerman recently gave a presentation on the topic at the Wealth Management Institute in Singapore.

Established in 2003, the Wealth Management Institute is the leading training provider for wealth and asset management in Asia. Its workshops connect the best theories and practices to deliver innovative learning to wealth managers, asset managers, investment advisors, lawyers, trust professionals, wealth planners, high net-worth families and financial regulators across Asia.

For his presentation, Zimmerman offered attendees of his workshop valuable insights on the climate-aligned investing space. He specifically provided an overview of current climate-aligned investing issues, risks, opportunities and strategies. Zimmerman also discussed the broader category of values-aligned investing, why it is important and the approach WE Family Offices takes as a leading family office company.

If you have any questions about climate-aligned investing and the role it can play in family office portfolios, please do not hesitate to contact us.
