Michael Zeuner in Family Wealth Report: Lessons from the Pandemic

It is no secret that the COVID-19 pandemic is altering the world as we know it – and the wealth management and family office industry is not immune to these changes.
In its latest video presentation, Family Wealth Report recently spoke with some of the most prominent figures in North America’s wealth management industry to learn more about how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting family offices. One of the individuals that the Family Wealth Report spoke with was WE Family Offices Managing Partner Michael Zeuner.
In the video, Zeuner offers insights on how COVID-19 is affecting the way advisors interact with their clients along with some positives that can be taken away from this experience. According to Zeuner, despite everyone socially distancing, quarantining and isolating, the pandemic has actually given wealth management firms the opportunity to get closer to their clients.
“By closer, I mean more in-depth conversations, more strategic conversations, more frequent conversations,” Zeuner explains. “Yes, albeit by video, but the pandemic has actually presented an opportunity for those conversations to happen, and I think that’s really good.”
