Carolina Salazar

Partner, Director of Reconciliation & Technology

Carolina Salazar has worked in the financial services industry for more than 15 years.  In 2001, Ms. Salazar joined WE’s predecessor, TBK Investments Inc.  She currently serves as WE’s Director of Reconciliation and Technology.

In that capacity, Ms. Salazar is responsible for managing a team that reviews clients’ monthly account statements and produces monthly consolidated statements.  Ms. Salazar also supervises the operation of the company’s website and client portal, and our company’s information technology systems. An experienced software designer and engineer, she is focused on continuing to evaluate current systems and procedures, improving them and implementing changes as necessary to maximize the organization’s performance in order to deliver value-adding effective and secure client services.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Salazar worked in Lima, Peru as a systems analyst for several different financial institutions, where she developed a complete investment aggregation software program. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Lima in Peru.
