WE Family Offices Managing Partner Michael Zeuner to Speak at Wealth Management Impact Forum
September 14, 2017
WE Family Offices Managing Partner Michael Zeuner will be a featured speaker at the RIA Institute’s Wealth Management Impact Investing Forum on September 19 in Laguna Beach, Calif. The forum will bring more than 40 senior RIA, multi‐family office and single‐family office executives together with thought leaders and elite providers for an afternoon of discussion about impact investing opportunities and risks for wealth managers. Conversation will focus on the most critical impact investing trends in the individual investor industry, and the specific ways in which wealth managers can incorporate these strategies into their portfolio profitably and with measurable impact.
In recent years, WE Family Offices has been asked to help several families transition all or portions of their investments into values-aligned portfolios. In his presentation, Zeuner will provide a case study and describe the journey that WE and their client families have taken from traditional to more values‐aligned portfolios including:
- key drivers behind the families’ desire to transition their portfolios;
- lessons learned along the way;
- tools and analytics used to construct the portfolios;
- insight into portfolio construction and investment selection; and
- observations about the values‐aligned investment marketplace today.

About the RIA Institute
The Institutional Investor RIA Institute is a private membership organization for the nation’s largest and fastest-growing independent registered investment advisors as well as supporting members from premier asset management firms and providers. Both members and supporting members of the RIA Institute come together at three private annual forums to engage in 1.5 days of intense idea exchange, discussion, and debate. The agenda for each meeting is devised by our Advisory Board of RIA executives to ensure the content is created ‘by RIAs, for RIAs.’
This membership’s primary goal is to help RIAs make the investment decisions and practice management choices that will best serve their underlying clients.
